FlightPickup is an information service. It tells you a time we think you should set off. It does not book, arrange or provide transport of any kind.

We do not operate vehicles, employ or contract drivers, or accept payment for journeys. Nothing on this site constitutes or implies a Private Hire Vehicle operator licence, a taxi licence, or any equivalent authorisation.

Every time we show you is an estimate built from third-party data — flight positions and arrival estimates from a flight-data provider, and drive times from a routing provider. Both can be wrong, delayed or unavailable. Immigration queues, baggage delivery, aircraft stand allocation and road conditions are outside our knowledge and control.

Treat the leave time as a well-informed starting point, not a promise. If it matters, leave earlier.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on the information here — including arriving early, arriving late, missing someone, or any parking or penalty charge incurred at an airport. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Pickup locations, charges and free waiting times are taken from each airport’s own published information and carry the date we last checked them. Airports change these without notice. Always check the airport’s own signage and website before you rely on a price or a free period.

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be available, accurate or uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
