Where do you pick someone up at Liverpool Airport?
Drop-off 2 is free for up to 20 minutes and is a seven-minute walk from the terminal. Express Drop-off is directly opposite the terminal and is the closest point, at £7 for up to 10 minutes, £10 up to 20 minutes and £25 for up to an hour. Neither can be reserved — you pay on exit.
Can I drive out and come back if the flight is late?
Not for free. Once you leave Drop-off 2 you cannot park free there again for two hours; re-entering inside that window costs at least £9. That rule exists to stop people circling, which is exactly what happens when you set off too early for a flight that then slips.
Is there a Blue Badge concession at Liverpool?
Yes — up to 40 minutes free. It is claimed afterwards rather than at the barrier: the airport asks for a copy of the Blue Badge, the travelling passenger's boarding pass in the same name, and the vehicle registration. We do not administer it and cannot check eligibility.
